For two years running, our teams helped Zillow show up where football fans were already paying attention, on NFL’s social media, and made it feel like Zillow belonged there.

In 2024, Zillow became the exclusive sponsor of the NFL's Instagram Stories on Super Bowl Sunday. With Monks handling the tile creative and animated story assets, the result was Super Bowl-scale reach without a Super Bowl-sized budget: 77 million impressions at a $6.49 CPM, and Zillow owning the NFL's Instagram story coverage for the entire day.

The 2025 partnership took the 2024 proof-of-concept and ran with it. Our presence expanded across both Instagram and TikTok, with Monks continuing to support tile work, scripts, animation, and social assets across the NFL ecosystem. The NFL Instagram tile delivered more than 67 million impressions and became the NFL's number-one Instagram story of the past year.

What made both years work wasn't just the numbers, it was the creative thinking behind them. The work leaned into football language, game-day rituals, and genuine fan behavior as a way into something distinctly Zillow: the idea that whether you're dreaming about a home with a pool, checking what you can afford, or finally ready to make a move, Zillow is there to help you get home.
