Our teams helped Zillow turn the premiere of HGTV’s Zillow Gone Wild into a funny, smart & culturally resonant brand moment with Zillow Gone Mild, a campaign built with ZGW series host Jack McBrayer. Inspired by the wildly popular social media account behind the show, the work played off the audience’s fascination with outlandish homes while shifting the focus toward something more useful: the realistic, attainable homes Zillow can actually help people find, tour and buy.
What made Zillow’s involvement particularly noteworthy was that we didn’t just sponsor the moment, we created a playful counterpoint. By leveraging both Jack McBrayer and the native equity of the Zillow Gone Wild ecosystem, we helped turn a buzzy social channel into a broader expression of Zillow’s brand leadership and end-to-end services, showing audiences that while dreaming is part of the exprience, Zillow is also the partner that makes getting home real.
