Zillow’s relationship with Disney continued with a Marvel Studios partnership for the release of The Fantastic Four: First Steps. The videos created are an authentic through-line to the film, leveraging the Baxter Building set (at the famed Pinewood Studios in London) for the shoot. Rather than simply borrowing the world of the movie, the team created a custom Zillow experience rooted in the real environment itself, giving fans a chance to step inside the Baxter Building through a cinematic home tour and custom listing page for the building.

What made Zillow’s involvement especially noteworthy was the level of access and craftsmanship behind the work. Fantastic Four production designer Kasra Farahani, who designed the film’s world and directed our content, bringing the same visual language and design integrity from the movie straight into the campaign. That made the Baxter Building activation feel less like a traditional brand partnership and more like a seamless marriage of the Fantastic Four and Zillow universes.
